Hillston Central School Choir and Drum groups successful in KROP audition!
A HUGE congratulations to a choir group and an accompanying drum group from Hillston Central School who were successful in their audition for ‘Kids Rapt on Performing’ (KROP), which is a big festival of music-making, performing and singing!
KROP is a creative and performing arts spectacular which for over 10 years has provided public school students in Riverina with an opportunity to perform in a professional setting. It provides a wonderful forum and a relevance to studying Creative and Performing Arts. KROP is unique as it brings all schools together to celebrate Public Education in a non-competitive and inclusive way.
Congratulations to Mrs Fitzgerald and Mrs Burgess who prepared them – you must be so proud! ACMF teacher Rachel for passing on her music knowledge to the teachers, and lastly, A BIG thank you to our private funders who make this program possible.
