ACMF teacher Rachel visits our program in Hillston
The ACMF has been running a program in a central school (that’s K-12 for those of you not in the know!) out in a little farming town called Hillston on the Hay plain. ACMF teacher and Education Manager, Rachel Scott, loves going out there to work with all the children. Usually, she goes out to work for a few days with the primary-aged children, leaving lessons for the class teachers to do for the rest of the term. This visit was pretty special, as she started a djembe drumming program for the secondary children too. It was a fabulous visit – lots of smiling, playing, singing, kazooing, drumming and excitement!
