An active music morning
Yesterday, the students at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Primary School in Waterloo enjoyed an ‘active music morning’ with the inimitable ACMF teacher Rachel Scott and an inspirational string quartet from the Australian Chamber Orchestra. The students learnt about tone and colour in music while listening to Helena, Mark, Chris and Julian play Mozart’s Rondo Alla Turca every which way. The students loved the music matching game devised by Rachel and the adults in the audience were compelled to join in too. What a wonderful way to start the week!
