Don announced Paul Harris Fellow
CONGRATULATIONS Don Spencer!
Don was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Recognition by the combined Rotary Clubs of Taree.
The presentation of Paul Harris Fellow Recognition to Don by the combined Rotary Clubs of the Manning Valley is THE greatest honour those clubs and Rotarians can confer on a member of the Community.
It is Rotary’s way of saying thanks to someone who has made a significant contribution to the quality of life to a community – or people within that community.
Don’s work with disadvantaged and Indigenous youth in the Manning Valley by way of his Youth Music Program is inspirational to us all. The US$1,000 the clubs paid for Don’s PHF Recognition has been invested in Rotary’s life enhancing humanitarian programs.
Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary in Chicago in 1905 and the recognition perpetuates his memory in the most appropriate manner possible.
