ACMF welcome Peter Hadfield OAM to the team!
Peter Hadfield OAM joins the ACMF today as Chief Operations Officer.
Originally qualified as an Economics and PE teacher, Peter has an impressive background in sports, media and marketing, strategy, management and fundraising.
He comes to the ACMF with a great deal of experience in event management in the Not For Profit sector having directed the “Oxfam Trailwalker”, “Walk to Cure Diabetes” and the “Balmoral Burn” for many years.
A dual Olympic Games representative and Commonwealth Games Silver Medalist in the Decathlon, Peter was awarded the Australian Sports Medal in 2001.
He was pivotal in the success of the Centennial Parklands Foundation where he acted as Executive Officer until recently.
He has previously been an Ambassador for the ACMF so has a deep understanding of our guiding principles and goals as a charity of hope.
We are excited about working with Peter and welcome him to the ACMF team.
