ACMF receives funds from ICAP to support Matraville Soldiers’ Settlement School
ICAP is the world’s leading voice and electronic interdealer broker and provider of post trade risk and information services. The Group is active in the wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, FX, emerging markets, equities and equity derivatives. Every December since 1993, ICAP have given away all revenues and commissions on Global Charity Day. There were many famous faces involved in this fundraising event, in many countries around the world. We were fortunate enough to visit the Sydney event! A MASSIVE thanks to Brad Howell, Jason Howell and Linda O’Sullivan from ICAP and our fabulous ACMF ambassadors and supporters: Tim Freedman, Marc Christowski, John Waters, Deni Hines for making the fundraising day so successful and memorable! In December 2011, ACMF was lucky enough to be selected as one of 20 charities to benefit from the proceeds of profits on this one special day. As a result of the Global Charity Day, $25k has been donated to Soldiers’ Settlement School in Matraville to fund a 12 month music program. The students of Matraville were excited to perform and participate in a music class with their ICAP sponsors.
