OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
Sticking together, while staying apart
The Australian Children’s Music Foundation appreciate your ongoing support of the work we do – bringing life-changing music education programs to disadvantaged children and youth across Australia – even during this very trying time.
We believe NOW MORE THAN EVER – the mental health and continued education of our children is paramount. We hope it warms your heart to know that we plan to keep the music going.
We are currently working with our venues to explore the viability of online music instruction that could include song writing, singing classes and more innovative at-home activities to keep students engaged. We’re working closely with schools as they fine-tune their digital curriculum, and discussions are ongoing.
As the coronavirus crisis is changing quickly, we’ll maintain a flexible approach in line with Government advice: prioritising the physical safety of students, while staying in tune with their mental and emotional needs.
Thank you for your continued support.
